If you encounter a pose or series that is too difficult for you, ask the teacher to help you to modify it. All our teachers are trained to help you find the yoga that is right for YOU. It is not uncommon that one person needs an adjustment for a certain group of poses. In addition, being stiff or tight in the body is not a reason not to do yoga!
