About the Yoga Moves Women's Radiant Health Programme
These special women's yoga classes aim at women's needs related to reproductive health, pelvic health, before conception, between pregnancies or whenever you are drawn to deeply nurture yourself in a more attentive way. Yoga can help to bring more balance in body, mind and emotions through its known effects on the neuro-endocrine system. This is the key to a happier and healthier you!
Well Woman Yoga essentially relaxes us and allows us to open our hearts, allowing energy to flow and communication to develop from this flow. Qualities of effortlessness in relaxed stretches and breathing practices make WellWoman Yoga an excellent introduction to general Yoga for mature beginners once therapeutic goals have been achieved.
At Yoga Moves we offer three areas of Women's Health classes
• courses for women who have a wish to conceive. Whether just commenced or receiving medical infertility treatment.
• courses for women in their menstrual years seeking to find more balance in their cycle
