What do you need for your practice?

What do you need for your practice?

It is always a good question to examine what you need and what you want...and consider the difference! Of course in "the old days..." people did yoga in a cave and ate only berries and had no sex and needed no special clothes or mats or props for their practice!...

Finally a word about beauty.
..

Yoga origins come from the tradition of tantra. Everyone associates tantra with sex...yes that too. But the broader context of tantra suggests that we can hold everything as an expression of the divine...this moment and this moment.
Yoga invites us to be present. And the wonderful thing about being present is it often reveals a deeper beauty.
The feminine field of energy also expresses beauty. Yoginis and goddesses are always encouraged to be in touch with this expression.
So let yourself never be shy to express this nature.

Behold beauty.
Express beauty from within and without.
Let your yoga be beautiful
Let your body be beautiful
Let beauty be the way.
