Yoga Moves Continuing Yoga Education offers year-round opportunities to further your knowledge and skills by diving into intensives and certificate courses in specific areas of interest. We team up with other wonderful teachers from around the world to invite them to offer their teacher or intermediate intensives & workshops.
Yoga Moves is an official training centre from Birthlight Training Centre UK. Francoise Freedman, internationally recognised expert and author leads most of the courses.She is a leading specialist in perinatal, postnatal, birt prep yoga and yoga for women in all fases of their life.
