Most important thing when you sit to meditate - is your body position...for most of us. sitting up on a cushion or a wooden stool will support our posture. When our spine can be tall, the brain can relax more.

We find it very helpful to have some guidance when starting. Some conscious movement to prepare you to sit, some practices to help you connect to your breath and some guided talk to help you stay present in your meditation can help you achieve your goals of a more relaxed and awake life.
