Introduction to the intermediate series
This Introduction to intermediate series workshop (Nadi Shodana) is appropriate for anyone who has a regular dedicated yoga practice and preferably works consistently with the primary series practice. It is an introduction to the intermediate series, which has a focus on more challenging postures and backbends. The workshop will combine elements of Mysore practice class and workshop format of teaching. Barbara will show you how to apply principles to your practice that include Tristana or the three fundamental elements needed for successful practice. You will explore how to start working into the 2nd series of Ashtanga Yoga, breaking down asanas and building awareness. And we will explore some philosophy applied to the practice and life.
