Jasmijn strives to flavor her classes with kindness by emphasizing individual adjustments and offering different levels for different bodies. They are breath-oriented, intense, yet grounding at the same time. An active meditation student herself, she integrates a meditative style of teaching into her classes where there is more stillness in between -and in- postures, to allow more body awareness.

Joram Kapel
Thanks to NLP, therapy and Breathwork Joram learned about beliefs, patterns, emotions and how the body holds experiences and information.
And what an amazing tool is the breath to connect with your body, connect with yourself.
If it is to finally calm the mind and relax or to release locked tensions in the body – you will experience what is right for you.
‘Get out of the head and into the body’ an easy phrase to read although it can be a tough struggle to live by (also for me).
We learn from each other and Joram love's to guide you on your path – We walk each other home
Lets dive in the breath and reconnect with yourself
Jorien Langedijk

After exploring several styles, it was vinyasa yoga that resonated most with her. She graduated from the Yoga Moves vinyasa teacher training in 2017 and became a certified Prana Vinyasa teacher in 2019.
Karina Rodak
“You are a human being, not human doing” is something you will hear a lot, if you take a class with Karina. Her playful and functional approach invites you to step outside the rules of traditional yoga, focusing more on how the poses FEEL instead of how they LOOK.
Karissa Tartaglia
Believing in the body as a reflection of the mind, emotions and spirit, Karissa’s classes invite students to explore their inner landscapes, from moment to moment, from breath to breath. She sees yoga as a conduit for emotional processing, as a way to establish inner and outer connection, and a playful reminder to find joy in the process of learning and growth. Whether guiding an uplifting Hot Hatha practice, a flowing Vinyasa session, or a mindful Slow Flow, Karissa guides students to tune into their body’s innate intelligence, using their felt sense paired with their breath, to ground in the present moment.
Join her on a journey of self-discovery and embodiment, where each practice is an opportunity to notice, to breathe a little deeper and to flow into that space of love.

Laura van Leeuwen
Laura, who originally loved dancing, surfing and hockey, started taking gentle yoga classes to help her recover after an injury. She noticed how yoga helped her not only physically, but also mentally to build a deeper connection with herself, and accept and love her body despite its flaws. Today she keeps discovering parts of yoga and herself, often drawing inspiration from other teachers. She is a firm believer that every body is unique, and that in the end the body knows best. Therefore she will guide you to tune-in using techniques like breathwork, meditation and free movement. This will help you to feel at home in your body. Also she will offer various alternatives and invite you to take the next step if it feels right, but at the same time encourage you to listen if the body says no. This approach will allow you to grow in a fun and safe environment. Expect a class that will make you feel open, energized and mentally rested with a teacher that is kind, clear and down to earth.

There is always space and time to pause and sit still with whatever is rising during the practice.
Marco leads the second part of the class - Sound: as a certified sound healer and restorative teacher, Marco invites students to explore their inner world by closing the eyes and navigate the unconscious realm by being exposed to high vibrational sound frequencies.
Margit Magi
Margit's yoga journey began in 2013 while living a dynamic life in London - days were filled with work, social engagements, and travel adventures. It was during this time that she joined weekly Ashtanga classes at her local gym, initially with little knowledge of yoga's profound depth. It didn't take long for her to become captivated by the practice, and Mysore style Ashtanga soon became her daily ritual.
