Emese Deana

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Emese began her fascination with yoga 15 years ago to help steady her busy lifestyle and bring balance to the stress of her busy corporate job. At that time, she believed that yoga was ‘just’ one of the many amazing things of the world that she could incorporate into her daily being.

This continued until approximately 4 years ago, when she has found herself in a mentally and physically challenging situation. As a result, she decided to bring equilibrium to herself and joined Hilary’s teacher training to learn how to use yoga to help heal and rejuvenate her well-being.

With yoga, she has managed to strengthen her body, calm her mind and nerves and reconcile many of her lingering unsolved emotions and pain. Her recovery was recognised by her surrendering and in doing so, she was asked to teach yoga by more and more people around her.

In her classes she pays equal attention to the asanas the physical poses, the breath and the mind. Her kind, gentle, empathetic and passionate approach towards her students allows them to feel safe, seen and loved. Her sweet Hungarian accent and spontaneous humour allows students the chance to take yoga and life with a pinch of sugar instead of salt. The residue of her class leaves students with a more refreshed body, a calmer mind and a softer and more open heart.

Emese holds a 200HRS TT of Max Storms Inner Axis and a 200 HRS TT of YM Vinyasa flow. She is also certified as a Restorative yoga teacher of Lizzie Lasater’s TT, accomplished the Breath to heal workshop of Max Strom and certified hot yoga teacher by Kristin Campbell. Being an enthusiastic, dedicated and curious type, she follows workshops and online educations regularly.
