Welcome at Studio HOT Central

Our second HOT yoga studio, in the city centre of Utrecht, where you’ll find warm and hot classes up to 38 degrees. Plus, for this studio we added a new class: Original Hot, originating from the Bikram series. Original Hot classes are heated, last for 60 or 90 min, and consist of breathing exercises with 26 hatha yoga postures (asanas).
