Our third location is a beautiful open space with lots of fresh air and room to breathe. We opened in 2020 and installed strong beams to allow for Aerial Yoga, which allows you to play with gravity, moving in circular motion, and going up-side-down easily where your whole spine can release tension. We offer all kinds of yoga here, plus you can enjoy a great massage in our treatment room.

We recommend coming by train if you're traveling from outside Utrecht. FLY is only a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
There are several parking garages around Jaarbeursplein and the Beatrix Theater, within walking distance of the studio.
If you're coming by car, we recommend checking current parking options and rates online before your visit, as parking regulations and prices in the area can change.

Toko Tjiau Jiang: next door, on your left hand side when you exit the studio.

Kaffeetaria: Specialty coffee, fresh pastries and toasties. Right next door to the studio at Croeselaan 207. Open daily during the daytime.
Guilty Pretzel: Freshly baked pretzels, coffee and a quick bite. Just around the corner from the studio, on the corner of Croeselaan and Jeremias de Deckerstraat.
Miracolo: Coffee and freshly made sandwiches. Located on Jaarbeursboulevard, around a 10-minute walk from the studio.
Beers & Barrels: around the corner, 3 mins walk. Go two times right, it’s close to the water side.
The Green House: A spacious restaurant for lunch, dinner or drinks. Walk towards Utrecht Central; you'll find it on the Croeselaan near the large stairs leading up to the station.
