Liza Kardami

Movement has always been an essential way through which Liza connects with herself and with other people. After following intensive dance training in many different styles and practising different sports, she came across Pilates and got fascinated by the simplicity of its principles combined with its deep focus on facilitating functional movement that can activate, strengthen, and also rehabilitate the body.

In her classes, Liza focuses on developing body awareness by placing a strong emphasis on proper alignment and control. She also likes creating a playful atmosphere by using images and metaphors to complement the movements. She provides the space for people to be challenged and motivated, but also to listen to their body. She really loves observing students developing over time and seeing the change in their body and movement.
