Margit Huffenreuter
Margit is a passionate yoga teacher who has dedicated herself to the practice for over a decade, guiding students toward mindfulness, balance, and self-discovery. Margit has practiced various styles and teachers and is certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, and Prana Flow Yoga, with a deep understanding of alignment, sequencing, and the integration of breath. She is also certified Thai massage therapist and continuing her studies in manual therapy to further enhance her knowledge about movement, healing and human body.
Margit’s classes are thoughtfully structured offering a beginning, middle, and end, woven together by a purposeful storyline that integrates movement and breath. Her approach creates a moving meditation that supports grounding and centering, allowing students to deepen their awareness in the present moment. Challenges are welcomed, where the flow naturally encourages students to explore their edge with patience and presence. Margit’s teaching invites students to honor where they are in their practice, fostering a deeper connection with both their bodies and minds, while cultivating a sense of balance and ease.
