Yoga Nidra teacher Training

“Yoga Nidra is so powerful and rich - a deep and loving self inquiry practice that completes the more active hatha practices.” — Astrid van Wesenbeeck - Yoga Moves Teacher

Get to know your rested self with Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, explores the conscious state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing deep relaxation as well as access to the multiple layers of our being. This practice helps you to find rest and explore a rested version of yourself. Suitable for anyone who wishes to access a deeper relaxation and higher understanding of the human experience.

The Yoga Nidra Training with James Reeves

The Yoga Nidra practice gives us the tools to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves as complex, sometimes conflicted, multi-dimensional beings. Using the Koshas (energetic ‘layers’ that move from the outermost layer of skin to the deep spiritual core) as framework, James will walk you through the philosophy and science that underpins this fascinating practice.

Providing you with expert knowledge and unique tools and techniques, along with step-by-step guides, scripts and recordings, this comprehensive course will give you the confidence to start sharing and teaching the practice of Yoga Nidra with others. The course is designed as a Yoga Nidra teacher training but is equally suitable for non-teachers seeking personal development.

Testimonials from recent training with James:

“The yoga nidra training with James was a magical journey. James is extremely knowledgeable and during the training there is a nice balance between theory and practice. Experiencing and exploring for yourself is an important part of this training and it was an intense and deeply liberating experience for me. “

”James is a very warm, good teacher with a lot of empathy, experience and a heartfelt way of sharing unique, wise teachings. If you ever doubt about how Rest can improve your life of that of others you are teaching, you will find out that it is actually life changing and ‘simple’ : )). “
