A fresh calendar brings a few thoughtful shifts to the weekly schedule. Some classes move, others evolve, all with the same intention of keeping the rhythm of the studio clear and enjoyable as we head into 2026.

• Friday 19.00–20.00 Kirtan Yoga Circle with Vera & Emre starting 16 January
• Saturday 10.30–11.30 Vinyasa Flow | Intermediate with Caitlin (replaces Yoga Essentials)

• Wednesday 16.00–17.00 Barre with Tanya starting 7 January
• Thursday 20.15–21.30 Slow Flow with Viola (formerly Vinyasa Flow)
Studio TERWIJDE
• Monday 9.00–10.00 Restorative with Kate starting 19 January
• Monday 20.30–21.30 Yin Somatic with Choi-Yee starting 12 January (formerly Yin)
Studio HOT
• Friday 12.00–13.00 Pilates with Alice starting 16 January (new time)
