Dana’s meditation course starts next week

5-week course with Dana Marshall

Bringing Meditation into Your Life and Life into Your Meditation

Starts 11 September at Yoga Moves

Meditation offers a way to create space within the mind. It helps you stay present with whatever arises, without needing to control or change your thoughts. This approach brings steadiness, clarity, and a more friendly connection to your inner experience.

In this short video, Dana Marshall introduces the practice she’ll be sharing in her upcoming course at Yoga Moves. She teaches Peacefully Abiding (Samatha), a grounded form of Buddhist meditation that supports a stable and accessible rhythm of practice.
