The Mysore Challenge – A Clear Start to the Year
From 5 to 25 January, we’re inviting students to join the Mysore Challenge.
It’s a three-week commitment to come to practice regularly. You join by showing up to practice as often as you can over 21 days. We keep track of your attendance. That’s it.
For many of us, January can feel scattered. This challenge offers something different: a reason to get up, a structure to rely on, and a group to be part of. A quiet kind of accountability.
You’re not expected to show up every day. But the more you do, the more you feel the effect of repetition, routine, and shared effort.
Here’s how it works:
1. You join by signing up for Mysore class
2. You come to Mysore class as often as you can during the 21 days.
3. We keep track of your attendance.
4. At the end, we acknowledge the three students who showed up the most. It’s a way of recognising commitment, not creating competition.
There’s no need to prepare or change your schedule in a big way.
You don’t have to know the full series, or be practicing perfectly.
All that matters is that you show up, and keep coming.
The Mysore Challenge is for anyone who wants more rhythm in their practice, and a bit of support to hold it. If you feel the need to return to something steady, this is a good place to begin.
Join us. Start the year steady.
