You lie down and get comfortable. From there, sound and vibration guide the session. Instruments like singing bowls, gong, and monochord are used with care, creating a steady and supportive environment.

There are small moments of reflection woven in, just enough to notice what is happening without turning it into a task. This helps you stay connected to your own experience while the session unfolds.
