Belén Martínez
Belén’s journey into meditation began in 2017, opening a path of self-discovery that transformed her yoga practice from movement into a deeper, more embodied experience. Inspired by this shift, she completed her yoga teacher training to continue exploring yoga as a tool for presence, inner connection, and self-understanding. She is also a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator through I AM Yoga Nidra.
While Belén values all styles of yoga, she feels especially connected to the foundations of Hatha Yoga and to gentle slow and restorative practices that weave together breathwork, awareness, and sound in a soft and attentive way. Her classes move slowly, building strength while allowing space to sense, feel, and connect with the body. She encourages each student to move step by step, listening closely to themselves and exploring yoga in an honest and accessible way.
Breath, sound, and presence guide Belén’s sessions, creating a gentle practice that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and cultivates inner strength.
