Claudia Pradella
Claudia teaches Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore and Led), Breathwork and Mindfulness. Co-founder of Yoga Circle in Amsterdam, she's been holding a Mysore Program since 2010, in difference spaces, without interruptions.
She teaches yoga as a moving meditation, an uninterrupted flow of movement, breath and concentration. She brings all of her own yoga and healing experiences to her teaching, encouraging each student to become more self-aware and to explore different aspects of yoga - on and off the mat.
Claudia has been practicing yoga since 1999. When she landed in the Netherlands in 2002 she was keen in finding a welcoming community of yoga practitioner to continue her journey - she found Yoga Moves in Utrecht (Yoga Motion back then) and her deepening journey began there, under the guidance of Hilary and Katiza. After completing the trainings with them, she started teaching her first Ashtanga Led classes at Yoga Moves in 2004 and continued to teach there until opening her first shala in Amsterdam in 2010.
The encounter with Ashtanga Yoga in her early yoga journey has kindled a life long commitment to practice and to explore the manyfold benefits of this practice under the guidance of various teachers – the Jois family, Lino Miele and Eddie Stern being the most influential. She’s also extensively studied traditional pranayama as well as breathwork, yin yoga and mindfulness, and has a deep passion for yoga philosophy, buddhism and self-inquiry.
When not teaching or practicing yoga, she might be travelling abroad or walking with her dog Surya.
