Pui-Kei Fung
Pui-Kei took her first Original Hot Yoga class in 2008 in Amsterdam and fell in love instantly. The heat and the deep stretching over 90 minutes felt like a gift, especially for someone who spends long hours working behind a computer. In her words: “If you like sauna and you like massage, then Original Hot 90 is the perfect combination of the two.”
She had to wait until 2010, when the first hot yoga classes became available in Utrecht, before she could practice regularly. But the wait was worth it. Over time, she discovered that the practice is about much more than physical benefits: it teaches patience, the courage to make mistakes, letting go of perfection, and recognizing that every day and every moment is different.
Pui-Kei believes deeply in the power of consistent practice, whatever you do.
As a teacher, Pui-Kei aims to offer exactly that: a safe, supportive space for your own steady practice, where you can try, fall, try again, and uncover your own learnings along the way.
