Pui-Kei practices original hot yoga since 2010.
Doing a moving meditation in a hot room for 90 minutes means there is no space for any other thoughts than: Focus & Breathe. How refreshing is thát when your work is analyzing (or being in meetings).
In this practise,
she loves the consistency, and
she loves the mini explorations in the mind when encountering difficulties.
In 2022 she completed a teacher training in this sequence. Since then, she has been teaching it.
To continue to Have Fun & Explore, she enjoys other styles of yoga through workshops and classes. She also completed a Ghosh teacher training in 2024 (the yoga style from which the original hot yoga originated).
In her classes, Pui-Kei invites you to practice where your breathing is leading the practice, not the other way around.
