Wendy Termeulen
Wendy had a passion for dancing from an early age and could completely lose herself in music. At seventeen, she discovered teaching fitness classes, a moment that set the direction for her path. Ever since, motivating others to get moving and building energy together has been the common thread in her work.
A period of illness changed her perspective on the body. After navigating a severe form of long COVID, Wendy developed a deep understanding of the body’s capacity to heal. This experience has further deepened her fascination with the brain and the stress system. In addition to her classes, Wendy offers one-on-one coaching and stress management training.
In her Pilates and Core classes, the focus is on strength from within. Through targeted exercises, she works on building a strong core, improving posture, and increasing body awareness. Her classes combine challenge, music, and personal attention. You will leave feeling stronger and re-energized!
