That is what Alec figured out in 2020 when he was looking for an answer to his many allergic reactions, asthma and anxiety. After reading ‘Breathe’ by James Nestor, he was introduced to the world of ‘Breathwork’ and the different effects it has on your body and mind.
Anita Rode
Anita Rode; her teaching focuses on alignment, through detailed instructions and the use of various props, as well as on building strength and mobility. She hopes her students stay curious and are being challenged in her classes.
Anita is kind, caring and willing to give detailed explanations, as well as offer alternative poses or adjustments according to students’ needs.

Anneloes has been teaching dance and group fitness classes since she was 16 years old, so teaching became second nature to her. She loves to give and feel the energy in class and likes to interact with her students.
