ADDING EVENTS

We’ve set up an automatic connection between the website and our newsletter system (Brevo), so upcoming events can now be pulled straight into our emails!

To make sure this works correctly, it’s important that the event content is structured in a way the feed can read. If you're editing an event in Squarespace, please follow these formatting tips:

1. Start with the Teacher Name

The first visible paragraph of the event description should always begin with:

with [teacher name]
Example: with Kristin Campbell

This needs to come right after the title — no headings, blank lines, or formatting tricks before it.

2. Add Date, Time, and Location in the Details section

Use clear labels so the script can identify and separate this information. Please bold each label exactly like this:

For single-day events:

• Date: Saturday 14 September 2025

• Time: 14:00–17:00

• Location: Studio ONE | Sint Janshovenstraat 1, Utrecht

For multi-day events:

• Dates & Times: 10–12 October 2025 | daily 11:00–18:00

• Location: Studio HOT | Oudegracht 112, Utrecht

Make sure:

• The labels (Date, Time, Dates & Times, Location) are bolded

• There's a colon (:) directly after the label

• The info is on the same line, not on the next

• You don’t insert line breaks or headings between the label and its content (Squarespace sometimes auto-adds spacing, so just type continuously)
