Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a membership, subscription, class card or lesson package online as a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

You may withdraw from your purchase during this period without providing a reason.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted using the form below.

Charges for Services Already Provided

If you attend classes or use other Yoga Moves services during the cooling-off period and subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, Yoga Moves is entitled to charge for the services already provided.

The amount charged will be calculated using the regular single class rate applicable at the time the withdrawal request is received.

Example

Purchase price 10 class card: €145,00
Classes attended: 3
Single class rate: €18,50
Calculation: 3 × €18,50 = €55,50
Refund: €145,00 − €55,50 = €89,50

Under no circumstances will the amount charged exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
