Ashtanga Yoga

Practice a dynamic series of poses linked to the breath in this practice of the original 'power' yoga. Practice sun salutations to build heat and detoxify your body, then move through a series of poses designed to heat, clean, open, and purify the body and mind. You’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed, and confident.

Ashtanga | Led Class The teacher will lead you through a modified version of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. It will build your capacity to move through a dynamic series of yoga postures in a meditative way.

Ashtanga | Primary Series You will be guided through the entire primary sequence of Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga | Mysore This is a guided self-practice class, not led by the teacher. The teacher does not verbally teach you through the postures, but supports you to practice on your own. All different levels in the same room, moving and breathing in a meditative way. The teacher offers coaching and hands on assists. If you are new, the teacher will give you a series of postures to practice, a little at a time, to get you started.
