Restorative Yoga

Heal and recharge while you release tension. Let go of resistance in the heart, body, and mind. This gentle practice is suitable for all levels of experience. Restorative yoga focuses on opening and relaxing your nervous system in supportive poses held for 5-15 minutes.

Props will be used so you can surrender completely. The parasympathetic nervous system is supported by lowering the heart rate, which is a healthy immune response. These classes are ideal for people in recovery from illness – or just to balance a busy life.

Restorative 60-75 minutes of relaxation.

Restorative Aerial Same principles, using low hanging hammocks as a prop.

Restorative 28°C Restorative class in our lovely warm room using infrared heat up to 28°C.
