Yin Yoga

Improve your flexibility by holding postures for several minutes. Apply moderate stress to the connective tissues – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – to increase blood circulation in your joints. The poses will also improve the flow of qi – life energy – which improves organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.

The entire practice can be felt like a meditation. Holding postures can be challenging mentally as well as physically. Some teachers will guide you through awareness of different healing lines of energy while others may tell a story.

Yin & Nidra - Combine a yin class and a guided yoga nidra.
Yin Warm - This class will happen in a warm room (between 25-30 degrees) using the residual heat of our infrared panels.
Yin Yang - A combination class of dynamic flow and long holds in ground postures.
Yin Aerial - Yin yoga using the hammock on low as a prop.
