New at Yoga Moves: Free Community Yoga Classes
Starting this September, Yoga Moves is opening its doors even wider. Every Friday from 12:30 to 13:30 at Studio ONE, you can join our new Community Classes. These sessions are free and open to everyone. The first class is on September 5.
Our goal is to give back to the community and make yoga accessible to all. Regardless of background, experience, or financial means, you are welcome.
These classes also create a supportive space for our newest teachers, graduates of the Yoga Moves 200-hour Teacher Training. They get the opportunity to practice teaching, while you enjoy a class that is offered from the heart. When you join, you contribute to their growth as teachers.
Meet the Community Class Teachers
Simone Hanebaum @limone.flow
Originally from Canada, Simone turned to yoga in 2016 as a way to balance the demands of her PhD. Yoga quickly became her sanctuary, a place to simply be, to play, to explore, to push her limits, or to rest when needed.
After completing her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Moves in 2025, Simone is ready to share that experience with others. Her teaching focuses on the balance of strength and ease, both in practice and in life. You can expect a flow that mixes effort with softness, reminding us that yoga helps us transform whatever life brings.
Jacqueline Bereska @vectorflowyoga
Jackie is an AI researcher and PhD candidate in medical imaging. She first discovered yoga during her undergraduate studies when stress and tension led her to search for balance. What began as relief for chronic pain became a passion for movement and wellbeing.
She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Yoga Moves in July 2025. Jackie brings her scientific curiosity into her teaching, weaving anatomy and biomechanics into mindful flow. Her classes help students understand not only how to move but also why movement supports the body.
Through clear guidance, Jackie makes yoga accessible and meaningful. She believes that knowledge deepens the mystery of yoga rather than taking it away.
Join us this fall for a Community Class, every Friday at 12:30 at Studio ONE. Free, open to all, and a beautiful way to support our new teachers.
