In her private sessions, Marilou shares her deep love for Ashtanga Yoga, Kriyas and Pranayama, woven with insights from her training in Ayurveda. Each session is shaped around you. Her approach is supportive, measured and attentive to your body, breath and intention. You can expect a practice that meets you where you are, honours your level and invites healing through both asana and breath work.

These sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions and adapt your practice in a way that feels supportive. You may want help building a sustainable personal practice, or support with movement patterns, breath techniques or subtle energetic qualities. Each private appointment is shaped around your needs and your rhythm.

Private yoga at Yoga Moves can take place in any of the studio spaces in Utrecht, online via Zoom, or even in your home or outdoors, depending on what works best for you.
