How breath awakens the body from within

In this video, Simon Rowe explains how the practice shifts when breath becomes the starting point. Movement rises from within, and each pose turns into an energy map that helps you sense where vitality wants to go. Instead of aiming for a shape, you begin to work with prana in a clear and intentional way. This creates a practice that feels grounded and awake.

Simon shows how breath moves through the body and how this supports steadiness in your practice. He also explains why certain poses unlock specific areas of energy. When you learn to guide this flow along the lines of a pose, the practice develops a deeper level of awareness. You get a direct sense of this approach when you watch how Simon works with breath and movement.

You can study this approach in his module Roots of Flow. The training explores energetic alignment through breath and movement. It is suitable as a stand-alone module or as part of the 300-hour Advance Your Yoga Training.
