Meet our new Community Class teachers
Every Friday, our Community Classes open the space for new teachers to step forward and for our community to practice together. From March 13 until June 5 | 12:30–13:30, two fresh graduates of our 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training will guide you through these free Vinyasa classes: Alena Blum and Eloisa Vittoria.
About Alena
Alena has been exploring yoga on and off the mat for over ten years. She came to yoga as a way to navigate life as a highly sensitive person, and safe to say it transformed how she experiences the world for the better. Through the practice, she is ever learning how to tune into her body and listen to her inner voice in a way that brings clarity and a deeper sense of knowing herself.
In 2025, Alena completed her teacher training at Yoga Moves, which completely sparked a love for guiding others. She is passionate about crafting creative flows helping students truly inhabit their bodies, notice and honor what they need, finding their sweet spot in each pose. She approaches teaching as a shared journey of discovery, continually learning from other teachers and just as much from her students as she hopes they receive from her.
About Eloisa
Eloisa discovered yoga at a very young age thanks to her mother, Sara, who introduced her to the practice. What began as a childhood game slowly became a lifelong anchor - a space to return to for clarity, softness, and lightness. Originally from Milan and adopted Utrechter since 2018, Eloisa has found in yoga a steady ground through the different chapters of her life - a place to breathe, to feel, and to come back to what truly matters.
In 2025, she completed her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Moves and is currently deepening her studies in Yoga Nidra, with the intention of weaving movement and deep rest into one integrated experience. For her, both are essential: we need to move to release, and we need to pause to truly listen. Still at the beginning of her teaching journey, Eloisa shares yoga with humility and curiosity, offering small events and classes in the Netherlands, Italy, and online. What she hopes to offer is the same refuge she has found in yoga - a gentle antidote to a world driven by performance. In her classes, you are invited to reconnect with yourself, and to move from a place of love, peace, and acceptance.
Community Classes
Every Friday, you can join a free Vinyasa yoga class that’s open to everyone, making yoga truly accessible for all. Each class is taught by a Yoga Moves Vinyasa Teacher Training graduate and welcomes all levels. You’ll explore moving with your breath, building strength and awareness, and finding your own rhythm. Most classes follow the set beginner sequence, but each teacher may bring in simple creative variations to share their own inspiration.
Come support our new teaching talent and experience the flow of breath and movement in a warm community setting.
Free for all to join!
