One-to-One Yoga & The Work with Jasmijn

Jasmijn is a senior teacher at Yoga Moves and guides private sessions with a clear and attentive approach. Her teaching is breath-oriented and grounded, with a strong focus on individual adjustments and offering options that suit different bodies. The practice is shaped around awareness rather than performance.
Alongside yoga, Jasmijn is trained as a social and organisational psychologist and is a certified facilitator of The Work in training. In private sessions, this can be woven into the practice to support insight into patterns of thinking and how these relate to physical experience. This makes the sessions suitable for those who want to explore both movement and mindset in a practical way.
