A Year of Seasonal Minidosing Ceremonies
The seasons influence more than the weather.
Most of us notice it in subtle ways. Some periods of the year bring energy and momentum. Others invite rest, reflection or a need to slow down. Yet daily life rarely changes pace along with these natural rhythms.
Merel's Minidosing Ceremonies offer a chance to pause and reconnect at key moments throughout the year. Each gathering is inspired by the qualities of the season and the corresponding element from Traditional Chinese Medicine, creating space to reflect on where you are and what is asking for your attention.
If you're new to minidosing, you may enjoy reading our article on Yin Yoga and Minidosing, which explores the intention behind this approach and why many people combine it with reflective practices.
Several ceremonies are still to come later this year:
14 June | Soft Summer
Inspired by the Fire element, this ceremony explores how to stay grounded and present during a season that often brings more activity and outward focus.
20 September | Golden Harvest
Held around the autumn equinox, this gathering invites you to slow down, take stock of the months behind you and reconnect with yourself.
8 November | Alchemy of Autumn
Working with the Metal element, this ceremony creates space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what feels essential.
20 December | The Winter Well
Taking place on the Winter Solstice, this ceremony offers an opportunity to rest, reflect and turn inward during the quietest time of the year.
Each ceremony can be attended on its own, or as part of a journey through the changing seasons.
If you're curious about working more intentionally with the natural rhythms of the year, this series offers a unique opportunity to do so in a supportive setting.
