Karina’s teaching is shaped by years of movement experience and a love for how the body works. She brings you back to direct experience, calming the busy mind so you can leave feeling more at home in yourself.

Karina teaches (Hot) Vinyasa and Pilates at Yoga Moves, and will soon start an Arm Balancing Skills Series.
