Schedule updates & a gentle fall reminder 🍂

As autumn settles in, our schedule is shifting too. Here’s what’s new:

  • FLY – Every first Thursday of the month, Animal Flow steps up to Intermediate.

  • HOT – On Tuesdays, start your morning strong with Power Yoga with Viola from 7.00 to 7.45 (previously Wake-Up Flow).

  • ONE – Tuesdays now feature Pilates with Petros from 9.00 to 10.00, followed by Yin with Petros from 10.15 to 11.15.

  • HOT CENTRAL – Every Monday from October 13 to November 24, Aimee Tanon guides a Hot Power Vinyasa 33° class from 11.00 to 12.00, and Original HOT from 12.30 to 13.30.

🍁 A gentle fall reminder
As the season shifts, colds can sometimes sneak up on our teachers. If this happens, we may not always find a substitute in time — especially for early morning classes (7.00 and 9.00). Please check your app or email for updates before heading in, so you don’t arrive at a closed door. We’ll always do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
