Meet the teacher: Karen Dammerman

Karen first discovered Pilates while working at a horse stable, where the physical demands led her to search for a practice that would keep her strong and balanced. She found that Pilates not only supported her body but also gave her clarity and calm.

Trained with AALO and Fysio Physics, Karen brings recovery-focused expertise into her classes. With attention to the deeper core muscles, she guides you to build awareness and move with steadiness.
