Try a Free Prenatal Yoga Class with Kirsteen Ruffell

As part of the upcoming Birthlight Perinatal Teacher Training, we’re opening the doors for three free Prenatal Yoga classes guided by course tutor Kirsteen Ruffell. These sessions are a chance to experience the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, while also giving our training participants valuable teaching practice.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already have experience, you are welcome. Each class begins with a short check-in so the teacher can listen to your needs and adapt practices to support you. If you have questions or concerns before signing up, you can pass them on to us and we’ll make sure they reach Kirsteen.

You are free to join just one class or attend all three.

Class Schedule

Friday 19th Sept 17.30-18.45 from 14weeks of pregnancy ~ A class to unwind from the week, to stretch and gently strengthen the muscles supporting your baby, use breath and movement to find more ease in body and mind before enjoying deep relaxation.

Saturday 20th Sept  11.45-12.45 from 14 weeks of pregnancy ~ A class to energise, find more space for your breath and baby, balanced with tension release techniques and deep relaxation for body and mind.

Sunday 21st Sept 15.30-17.00 for those in 3rd trimester ~ A class to explore breathing, movements and positions useful for labour and birth, followed by deep relaxation. Take these practices home and try them out with your birth partner or doula.
