The Mysore Challenge: showing up together

The 21 Day Mysore Challenge has come to an end, and it brought a strong sense of togetherness into the shala. Even during the snowy first week, people showed up and kept practicing.

Mysore practice is built on returning to the mat and staying with the process. Over these weeks, that rhythm became familiar. Confidence settled in, and the space felt steady and alive.

Thank you to everyone who joined the challenge and shared their practice with us. Practicing alongside each other shaped the atmosphere in a quiet but meaningful way.

A warm congratulations to our Mysore Challenge winners: Andrea Useche, Lisette Kerkhoven, and Leanne Nijsten. We loved seeing your dedication in the shala.
