Experienced Asana Teacher Léah Kline will offer an XL masterclass on loops and spirals  in your upper body and how they are part of your natural alignment.  Because the earth spins, so does everything on earth. 

This circling, spiraling energy is ALL around you, and It makes up the energy in your body as well.

Explore how to deepen and stabilize while exploring a mix of arm balances and back bends. Through practice and demonstration, Leah will show you how to recognize and follow this energetic direction in your arm bones and your upper back.  Leah will be there to adjust you and check your understanding and integration. Afterwards, your backbends and arm balances will never be the same!  The slower tempo of the asana practice will offer time to integrate, time to feel, time to experience these spirals in your body aligning with your natural blue print (esp. those of you who use a smartphone or sit at the computer and have “hanging heads”- this is for you!)

Looping energy opens your energy & chakras, awakens your strength gracefully and allows joy to flow into your practice as you move with what already exists!
Teachers: once you have experienced these energetic directions in the body, learning how to adjust someone is much more informed and accurate.
