Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates exercises tend to target your core, but work on other areas of your body as well, such as your hips, arms and legs.
When you stabilise your core, your foundation, you will move more efficiently. Pilates improves your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
