This more traditional class focuses on the form and exercises as they are taught classically. Expect the main focus to be on core work with sequences to work on your hips, arms and legs.
When you stabilise your core, your foundation, you will move more efficiently. Pilates is a great way to improve your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
Pilates | Fusion
This class is a more modern take on traditional Pilates incorporating elements of your teacher's expertise - anything from yoga to cardiovascular training. Expect to address every aspect of your body in a more comprehensive workout that might include cardio elements, muscular strength, and endurance exercises. We believe that each of our teachers brings something unique to their classes so try them all out!
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout done in a heated room (around 35–38°C), combining Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Expect to sweat in a motivating and fun atmosphere, set to upbeat music. The focus is on core strength, stability, endurance, and full-body toning — without putting pressure on the joints. This class is suitable for all levels, and will leave you feeling strong and empowered.
