Class Schedule update

Our weekly schedule continues to evolve, with a few new classes added to create more options throughout the day and week. From lunchtime flows to evening practices and an updated morning class, these additions bring fresh rhythm to the studio.

New lunchtime classes

Two lunchtime classes have been added for those who like to pause midday and move with intention.

On Mondays, a 12.30 Hot Vinyasa Lunch Flow is now taught by Anna Luna at Studio Central Hot, starting 9 February.
On Tuesdays, you can join a 12.30 Vinyasa Lunch Class with Nathalie at Studio One, starting 10 February.

Both classes offer a clear moment to reset during the day, whether you’re stepping out of work or simply carving out time for yourself.

New class styles with Simon

From 18 February, Simon introduces two new class styles to the schedule at Studio FLY.

On Wednesdays at 17.15, Fluid Power Vinyasa (Intermediate) offers a dynamic practice guided by breath and continuous movement.
Later that evening, at 18.45, Shanti Flow | Gentle Vinyasa provides a slower, grounding approach while staying fluid and connected.

In addition, the former Rise & Shine class has been reshaped. From 19 February, Fluid Power Vinyasa (All levels) takes place on Thursdays at 9.00 at Studio FLY, offering a focused and embodied start to the day.
