About Daniela

Daniela has spent more than two decades studying the body through yoga. Her foundation is Iyengar yoga, known for its clarity, precision and therapeutic effect. She works in a way that is grounded and attentive. Each session is built around what you need most.

Her guidance helps you develop body awareness, build strength in key areas and explore your breath in a steady and accessible way. She has experience working with students dealing with pain, tension, hormonal changes, stress and fatigue. Daniela also brings in tools from restorative yoga, breathwork and aerial support when helpful.

Students often describe her teaching as calm, detailed and quietly transformative. Working with her can help you feel more stable, more connected and more capable in your own body.
