Laura van Leeuwen

Laura, who originally loved dancing, surfing and hockey, started taking gentle yoga classes to help her recover after an injury. She noticed how yoga helped her not only physically, but also mentally to build a deeper connection with herself, and accept and love her body despite its flaws. Today she keeps discovering parts of yoga and herself, often drawing inspiration from other teachers. She is a firm believer that every body is unique, and that in the end the body knows best. Therefore she will guide you to tune-in using techniques like breathwork, meditation and free movement. This will help you to feel at home in your body.
