For 25 years, Yoga Moves has been about much more than yoga classes.
It has been about people. About showing up, practising together, learning, changing, laughing, sweating, slowing down — and meeting people you might otherwise never have met.
On Saturday 21 November, we’re bringing all of that together for one special night.
And we would love you to be part of it.
25 years. One night. Our community.
We’re taking over NE:EL, an urban space in Utrecht, for an evening that brings together people from every chapter of Yoga Moves.
Whether you joined us in the early days, did a Teacher Training with us years ago, teach or work with us now, practise every week, or only recently walked through our doors for the first time — this celebration is for you.
Expect music, stories, memories, food & one drink on us, familiar faces, new connections and a few surprises along the way.
We’ll look back at some of the moments and people that shaped Yoga Moves, but this isn’t an evening about standing still in the past.
It’s about celebrating what we created together — and the community that is still moving.
What to expect
The doors open at 19:30, and from the moment you arrive there’ll be something happening.
Come in, grab a drink and meet old friends — or someone you’ve never met before. There’ll be music, stories from 25 years of Yoga Moves, food and drinks, moments to participate, and plenty of time simply to connect.
Later in the evening, we turn up the energy with music and our silent disco.
And because this is Yoga Moves, expect a few things that probably won’t happen at your average birthday party.
No dress code. No yoga clothes required.
Just come as you are.
You are part of the story
Thousands of people have passed through the doors of Yoga Moves since 2001.
Some stayed for a class. Some for years. Some became teachers. Friendships were formed, relationships started, careers changed and an ever-changing community grew around something as simple as practising together.
This evening is for all of you.
So don’t worry if you come alone. In fact, we’ll make it our mission that you don’t stay alone for long.
