And if you have - its also a great moment to stop and rest.
Inspired by the release of her new book, Savasana: The Practice of Radical Rest, co-written with Judith Hanson Lasater, Lizzie will lead a short reading, a writing practice on gratitude, and a guided restorative Savasana.
