Fascia is the living connective web that holds the body together and transmits sensation, movement, and tension throughout the whole. Not only does it respond best to slow, varied, and attentive movement rather than force, but it also holds memory and informs all the systems in the body. This is why yoga that emphasizes awareness and adaptability often feels more transformative than simply going deeper.

In this exploratory workshop with highly experienced and inspired teacher Julie Martin, come learn what fascia really is — beyond the buzzword — and understand its essential role in movement, stability, and injury prevention. We’ll explore how fascia communicates through the body and how to integrate this awareness into intelligent movement practice and teaching.

Julie will be offering a series of XL workshops where you’ll unlock the science and subtle intelligence of your fascial system, bone structure, and nervous system. You’ll discover how tension, fluidity, and fascial pathways shape your strength, mobility, posture, energy, mood, and even your mental clarity.

This is where movement becomes mastery — where you learn to work with your body instead of against it, creating more ease, resilience, and freedom in every part of your life.

A practical and embodied approach to functional anatomy. Each session explores key structural and fascial relationships that shape how we move, stabilize, and experience the body.
