Arm Balance: A 4-Week Progressive Skill Series

Ready to play with gravity and see what happens when you trust your hands a little more?

Join Karina for Arm Balance skill series, designed to help you develop the foundations of balancing on your hands while exploring the art of transitions in and out of the poses. Over the four weeks, we will work progressively to build upper-body and core strength, refine technique, and cultivate consistency in your practice.

Each week introduces a different peak pose, supported by intelligent sequencing, strength-building drills, and space to explore. If you are new to arm balances, you will learn clear entry points and smart progressions. If you already know some of the poses, you will dive deeper into transitions, variations, and smoother ways in and out—so your practice feels more fluid and intentional. The structure is practical and playful, with each pose unpacked into simple steps so you can explore safely and build at a pace that feels steady.

This series supports you in building trust in your hands, developing control in your movements, and staying consistent in your approach. The series is accessible and challenging, offering something to work with at every level.
