PHILOSOPHY, MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA & SUBTLE ENERGY | Cultivating an Authentic Inner Practice
With Doug Keller
Online Course
Yoga is more than movement.
Beneath the physical practice lies a rich tradition of pranayama, meditation, subtle energy and self-inquiry—practices designed to help us understand ourselves more deeply and cultivate greater clarity, vitality and freedom.
In this online immersion, Doug Keller guides you through the inner dimensions of yoga, weaving together pranayama, meditation, subtle anatomy and the wisdom of non-dual Tantra into a practical and accessible path of study and experience.
Each session begins with guided breath, meditation or subtle-energy practices before exploring the philosophical foundations that support them. Rather than treating philosophy as something abstract, Doug shows how these teachings can become living tools for self-understanding, personal practice and authentic teaching.
Most importantly, this course offers the time and guidance to develop a deeper relationship with your own breath, energy, attention and inner experience—helping you cultivate a personal practice that can continue long after the course ends.
Why This Matters
Many yoga practitioners spend years refining the physical practice while giving relatively little attention to the inner practices that form the heart of yoga.
Breath, attention, awareness, energy and meditation are not separate from yoga—they are yoga.
This module offers an opportunity to explore these teachings in depth with Doug Keller, known for making complex philosophical and energetic concepts clear, relevant and experiential.

As the course progresses, practices may incorporate combinations of breath, mantra and visualization, opening a pathway toward subtler states of awareness.

Practices may include:
Antar Mouna—Inner Silence Meditation
Ajapa Japa—spontaneous mantra repetition
Mantra-based meditation
Breath and subtle-awareness practices

Yoga Nidra & Deep Rest
Explore Yoga Nidra as a traditional practice of conscious relaxation and inward awareness.
You'll experience different approaches to Yoga Nidra and consider how context, intention and language influence the way it is practised and taught. You'll also explore its relationship to rest, nervous system regulation, meditation and inner awareness.
From Practice to Personal Sadhana
The deepest dimensions of yoga cannot be understood through theory alone. They have to be experienced.
Throughout this course, Doug brings philosophy and practice together so that pranayama, meditation and subtle-energy teachings become more than techniques to collect.
The invitation is to discover the practices that speak to you, understand their foundations, and gradually shape them into an authentic and cherished personal practice—one that can support your life, your teaching and your continuing journey in yoga.
