XL: INTEGRATED | Yoga, Reflection & Meaningful Conversations

Join us for INTEGRATED, a workshop designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reflect as you transition into 2027.
Guided by Yoga Moves teacher Elsa Vasselin, who has been teaching with us for over five years, you'll be held in a space of both softness and strength as she shares practices, reflections, and nourishing winter wellness rituals.
The first part of the workshop combines a balanced yin & yang yoga practice with guided meditation, inviting you to acknowledge the year behind you and integrate the experiences that have shaped you. In the second part, you'll explore meaningful conversations and reflective journaling, creating space to connect with yourself and others while gaining fresh perspective.
Together we'll explore questions such as:
What truly supported me this year?
Where do I override myself?
What might a small, 2% shift look like that better reflects my values and authentic self?
Drawing from yoga philosophy, psychology, and embodied awareness, we'll explore self-awareness, the body's energetic responses, and the nature of change—discovering that growth is an ongoing process rather than a fixed destination.
Leave feeling more grounded, connected, and equipped to move into the new year with greater clarity, intention, and self-compassion.
