We offer our original long-format 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in Utrecht with two schedule options: Thursdays starting in September 2026, or weekends starting in January 2027.

Breath based, alignment centered, vinyasa based 200 hour+ program that will take you from curious to professional ready. But more importantly the understanding of yourself. And at the end of the course you will be a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
